This Friday, the Columbia Linguistics Society will be hosting a very
interesting event:
Linguists Andrew Hippisley and Greg Stump of the University of Kentucky have
been doing fieldwork documenting endangered/ little known languages in the
Pamirs and will be giving a talk titled:
"EXPLORING TAJIKISTAN'S MOUNTAIN LANGUAGES:
'THE PAMIR GRAMMAR PROJECT"
Come THIS Friday, December 3rd, to 703 Hamilton Hall at 3 pm to hear about their research.
